When the test results are available, you will receive a message via Zalo with the following content:
You have your test results. Please access the system and use the customer code and password to look up.
Step 1: To look up, please enter the customer code and password provided in the corresponding boxes and click Search Results
Step 2: Select the appropriate invoice code (SID) and execution date to look up the results
